- 5.1 MAJLINDA GASHI does not have an international return or exchange policy, and consequently, there is no refund policy in place.
- 5.2 Regarding measurements and custom-made dresses, minor variations may occur as achieving a perfect fit without a fitting is challenging.
- 5.3 Once the dress is delivered to the customer, any defects are not the responsibility of the seller. MAJLINDA GASHI ensures that dresses are free from defects through rigorous quality control conducted by experienced professionals.
- 5.4 Special orders may be canceled if they do not meet the customer's specifications, provided valid reasons are provided. However, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Alternatively, the customer may opt to purchase another product of equal value instead of receiving a refund.
